List of Recent Improvements

Here is a list of improvements provided by the seller:

2017: Unit 4 – Added new appliances counter, interior carpentry, interior paint and window treatments. In bathroom redid shower, tiling and fixtures

2017: Unit 1 – Added wood stove

2018: Added shared laundry machines

2018: Added Navien tankless water heater serving all units

2018: Added a 115 sq ft storage/work shed with workbench

2019: Unit 1 – New interior paint and misc. repairs

2019: Carport repair. Fixed drainage and enclosed carport for Unit 1.

Aug 2019: New roof installed. The whole roof was taken down to lumber, any and all rot or wood issues were completely fixed, all new underlayments applied, all new skylights installed, improved ventilation was added, chimneys repaired or replaced, and the roof above Unit 4 and 5 was sheared prior to the new underlayment and shingling installation. Part of the new roof is 50-yr shingles, and part is torch down roofing (based, appropriately, on the pitch of the roof).
